Born 11/05/1899, Crandull, TN to Hardin Samuel Reeves & Virgie Malissa McQueen Reeves
Pvt. Reeves began training in October, 1917 at Camp Shelby, MS. In April, 1918 a spring tornado with enough force damaged the tent city killing a soldier. Reeves' division became known as the Cyclone Division. During training, Reeves contracted and died of a disease on 7/23//1918. He was 19 and is buried at Blevins Cemetery, Shady Valley, TN
