All you will need is a sheet of paper, a pencil, a canvas or something to paint on, red,blue,yellow and white paint and a brush.
So...set aside some time just for yourself, gather your supplies, your favorite tea and find that perfect spot to paint, reflect and renew.We will walk you through painting, journaling, a little yoga and sharing time with those dealing with grief and difficult times.
