Owens, David Clayton

David Clayton Owens
World War I
CPL, Company A, 18th Infantry Regiment
Born  03/09/1896,  Laurel Bloomery to Susie Credd Owens

Corporal Owens joined the Army 04/08/1916.  He contracted lobar pneumonia and died 9/14/1919 during the battle of Soissons Chateau Thierry, Cantigny, France.  Owens is buried at Cornette Cemetery, Johnson County TN.
