October 19 and 20 from 12 to 4pm. Jen Skarsaune will guide you through the process of making your own mosaic trivet or wallhanging. This class is appropriate for beginners. Please be aware that there is an inherent risk of being cut when working with tile or glass. Jen will discuss materials and tools, mosaic techniques, and safety. You'll cut tile, arrange and attach your design on day one. Then you'll come back on day two to grout, clean and take home your finished work. Cost is $20. Materials included. Participants are encouraged to take the Ceramic Tiles class on October 6 and 13 to create custom tiles to use in this class.
